VELLORE : 31 Year old Dinesh Saravanan has inspired many by helping to set up a digital classroom for underprivileged students of Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Primary School in Vellore district of Tamil Nadu.
Dinesh has used his network of friends in social media to help raise the funds to bring in this technology.
He says” “I began working on the project early this year. The school authorities were quite pleased with the idea. Hence, they made all the necessary arrangements to get the project running smoothly,” The project was started earlier this year, but due to the pandemic it lagged on for 6 months. However, Dinesh did not give up and it was finally completed last month.
The classroom is fully equipped to take smart classes and go on a digital tour for both students and teachers alike. This is but a small step to make sure the students of poor background have the same opportunities as all other students.
