GUWAHATI: The newly-constructed T-wing of Ganeshguri Flyover in Guwahati is being inaugurated today (October 22) by Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal.
The estimated time for the completion of the project was 36 months.
Assam health, finance, education and public works department (PWD) minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma and Guwahati development department minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya will be present at the inaugural function.
The 425.50 meter-long flyover has been constructed with a cost of Rs. 58.78 crore from SOPD (State-Owned Priority Development) fund 2019-20. CM Sarbananda Sonowal laid the foundation stone of the flyover on March 6, 2019.
