End of the Night: 3-months long “campaign” as the Media describes. “Unverified” reports, tracing WhatsApp Chats as sources, and entirely neglecting the “real-issues” of the country, Sushant Singh Rajput’s death became more than a shocker, a way to gain rating points.
Not one, two or ten, but debates conducted over months based on no proven reports, but on sheer mockery of the free-independence. Meanwhile, controversial #FarmBills passed by without the presence of opposition in the parliament; data on the death of migrant workers went missing; hundreds of rape cases happened; but the demand for the Media remained static & same: #ArrestRhea
Hashtags became a way to DEMAND. Reporters mocked themselves, screaming out to a locked-closed window car, asking alleged “Druggies” as they claimed, on “Why they consume drugs?”
Once when CBI was demanded, now they are demanding on what should the CBI probe. AIIMS issued their report on Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Ruling out murder theory, they said it was “suicide”.
On Wednesday, the Bombay HC granted bail to Rhea Chakraborty and said, “She is not part of the chain of Drug Dealers”. But, then what now about the section of Media running the Hashtags?
There was “U-Turn” observed in some Media on their stance on the entire issue when AIIMS ruled out the alleged murder theory. However, SSR’s Family’s lawyer demanded a new forensic team for investigation.
Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut said: she will return her award if proved wrong in the Sushant case. Saying this is a promise of a Kshatriya.
On the other hand, ex-DGP, Bihar who asked “What is Rhea’s ‘aukaat’ to question Bihar’s CM” after voluntarily retiring, joined politics, went nameless in Nitish Kumar’s candidate’s list, and so on BJP’s list of candidates.
At the end, the question remains: Is this how SSR will be given justice? Staged script & selective outrages by selection Media?
Fourth Pillar, or Banana? Sushant deserves justice.
