‘TEN PERFECT WOMEN IN MY LIFE : WANTED CRIMINAL WHO HARASSED WOMEN PLANNED TO WRITE BOOK ON THEM

A team of Inter-State Cell, Crime Branch, Delhi, has arrested a wanted criminal carrying a reward of Rs 5 lakh for his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The accused is in the profession of teaching, and has been habitual of luring and sexually exploiting minor girls during tuitions.The 50 year old accused, identified as Dhaval Trivedi alias Mukhtiyar Singh, is a resident of Karelibag in Gujarat’s Vadodara and was wanted in a case of Gujarat’s Gandhinagar. He had been absconding since August 2018.He was convicted of life imprisonment in a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act at Paddhari in Gujarat’s Rajkot.As per a charge sheet filed by the CID Crime in an earlier case, the accused is a serial offender, who has kidnapped eight women, including minors, till date. He knows eight languages; had worked as a principal and a teacher in schools; and had been married twice. He also used pseudonyms and changed appearances to conceal his identity.During interrogation, the accused revealed that he was planning to write a book on his life experiences and wanted to name it ‘Ten perfect women in my life’.Inputs: India today
